When developing a project, the customer receives in electronic form a set of working drawings and a virtual model of the building being designed.
Composition of the working draft of the AR section (issued in PDF format)
During the design process, a 3D model of the building is created, which is provided to the customer in BIMx format. It can be studied by installing the “BIMx Viewer” application on a smartphone or computer. This model allows you to turn off elements by layers, study the scale and ergonomics of the premises, form a clearer idea of the volume and perception of the planned building.
Floor plan
Displaying the layout of the building, designating the names of rooms, marking door and window openings, types of floors, marking products (fencing, drainage system, etc.)
Masonry floor plan
Displaying the layout of the building without interior decoration of structures, dimensions according to these structures and their binding to each other and the grid of axes (if necessary – marking the types of walls and partitions)
Roof plan
Displaying the roofing of the building, its geometry, binding relative to structural elements, product marking (fencing, drainage and snow retention systems, etc.)

Display of the orthogonal projection of the building on a vertical plane, elevation marks, marking of window and door openings, marking of products

A characteristic section of the building with a display of the structures used, with elevation marks and pies of structures

A table showing floor pies, areas of these types, composition of structures and an indication of the premises where they are located

Tables displaying the quantitative and geometric characteristics of products, indicating their types (drainage, snow retention systems, etc.)
General layout scheme
Displaying the contour of the projected area with displaying the landing of the building, its coordinate binding along the characteristic points of intersection of the axes.
